<p>Suzi passed away suddenly on Sunday 15th April.</p> <p>She was an inspiration to everyone and touched so many lives. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.</p> <p>She was an active member of the amazing PHA UK charity and would be pleased to know that you have made a donation to her charity.</p> <p>The whole family thank you for your donation and time.</p>
