Story
Too many people I know have been diagnosed with cancer. Sadly some lost the battle, but the majority of people - thanks to Cancer Research - beat it. Which makes it even more important for us to support the work and make sure less people suffer.
This March I’m doing the distance for Cancer Research UK with 10,000 steps a day throughout the month. I'm running the 10k Race for Life at Lincolnshire Showground on the 12th June and the Pretty Muddy Race for Life at Clumber Park on the 2nd July.
I run a donation station and collect unwanted items from Sleaford, Grantham, Newark and Witham St Hughs to deliver to the Newark Cancer Research store. You can contact me on 07860 534 272 if you would like to donate anything.
I've organised a tuck box at work with all profits going to Cancer Research, and I volunteer at the Newark Cancer Research store each weekend.
Please help me fund life-saving research by sponsoring me, and like my Facebook page "Fundraising for Cancer Research UK - Newark". Together we can help. Thanks for your support!
