I ran this race myself back in 2012, I enjoyed it so much, so I put together a team of 20 employee's from Express Engineering to run in the 2013 race.

This year I have managed to twist 35 peoples arms to sign up to the 2014 event, so it promises to be bigger and better then ever!

Tiny Lives @ The RVI has a special place in my Heart as the Unit Cared for my Eldest Child - "Erin" was born nearly 11 weeks early and was looked after by the staff for the 5 weeks she spent in the Special Care Baby Unit. It is a worrying time having a baby in general, but when a baby is born early it goes to a whole new level.

The staff do a wonderful job at putting you at easy, and provide the highest care possible. Making it a pleasure to pick them as the nominated charity for this years run.
