Story

Thank you for donating to my chosen charity, it means the world to me!. After seeing a young boy in a wheelchair about 8yrs of age being pushed by his mother in a local shopping mall whilst hes young sister ran and played. I remember feeling his feelings I felt over whelmed with grief and wishing there was something I could do to make his life and childrens lives like him better. There are currently around 70,000 children waiting on access to wheelchairs in the UK (Ref: Ruth Owen executive of Whizz Kidz)

I do hope your donation will help make a drastic change for the better for all children who are dependent on wheelchair use.

THE RED CROSS offer a programme where they loan you a wheelchair until your able to secure one on a permanent basis its called "wheelchair in our cupboard scheme".
