My story

 

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I've done it - walked the Inishowen 100 (actually 108 miles) over 6 days as planned. I walked for approx 46hrs although this includes and breaks and there were quite a few - picnics, icecream and strawberry interludes and sock changing capers! I had great support from many, my family in particular and on one day in particular I had 8 buddies walking with me, a family reunion on the road to Glengad!  The weather wasn't especially kind but the scenery was always amazing!

 

Thanks again to all those who supported me in any way, I will keep you informed as to how the money raised will be used.

Where the money goes:

£10 - pays for free school meals for a child for 1 year

£50 - buys materials and builds a toilet for 1 household

£90 - provides a loan to start a small business

£500 - pays to train a healthcare worker
