Anyway, a while ago we all agreed to take part in this year's Tough Mudder. We will be running through 12 miles of muddy hell with barbed wire, freezing cold water, fire and electric shocks for company, all in aid of Cancer Research UK. Your support and donations are greatly appreciated !
