Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. My name is Terry Williamson I am 50 years old and live in the south end of the Shetland mainland.

I am doing a Sponsored Walk around the coast of the and in the process hope to raise some funds for a local charity called Mind Your Head.  I have set up a Web Site to track the walk and provide information please take a look at  http://www.twilliamson.co.uk

Why am I doing this?

Well it’s pretty simple; I like walking, also I have been off my work since November 2009 with depression and Doctors tell me that exercise is a great tool in recovery from depression.

Why Mind Your Head?

One of their objectives is to reduce the stigma on mental illness. I think that is important and one of the ways this can be done is by being open and talking about it, the same as you would if it were a broken wrist. So that is why I am doing the walk for this charity.
