Why am I doing this?
Well it’s pretty simple; I like walking, also I have been off my work since November 2009 with depression and Doctors tell me that exercise is a great tool in recovery from depression.
Why Mind Your Head?
One of their objectives is to reduce the stigma on mental illness. I think that is important and one of the ways this can be done is by being open and talking about it, the same as you would if it were a broken wrist. So that is why I am doing the walk for this charity.
