My story

Please support Jon Cooke, Sean Newman, Martin Farrington, Sam Lindley and the rest of the cycling team by making a donation - your support is much appreciated.

In the year of the London 2012 Olympics and with the great pride that we as a country will have in hosting this world wide event we want the UK property industry to make a small contribution to this festival of sport and community and leave our own small Olympic Year legacy by organising a 32 day round the UK cycle event in aid of The Estate Agency Foundation and sponsored by Zoopla.

Now we don’t expect you to do the whole of the 3000 mile circuit of the UK with us, although some brave souls have already signed up for this, you can participate in one of the 32 stages, organise your own small event or just simply pick a day and cycle to your appointments, all for the homeless charities we support.

“This is going to be massive,” says Jon Cooke, founder of the Great British Property Cycle (and cycle supremo who is actually going to complete the 3000-mile circuit!) “By getting involved at any level, you will be joining an event which will make a real difference to homelessness in Britain, while at the same time reinforcing positive public perceptions of our industry.”

“Sign up now and join us in creating a lasting Olympic legacy. It’s a wonderful opportunity for all of us to come together, have fun, celebrate the Olympics and, in the process, do something to help improve people’s lives,” Jon added.

We have a target of £100,000 to raise for charity and by involving all those professionals working in the property industry we feel we can raise our profile in a positive way and leave a positive and meaningful legacy for ourselves for The 2012 Olympic year.

So let loose your imaginations, your Penny Farthings, Tandems, Cycle Taxis, Rickshaws or Tuk Tuks, and Join us in some shape or form for this Charity Event and make a small difference.

One Life....Live it......Cycle it

Thank you for your support

My charity

Estate Agency Foundation

Estate Agency Foundation

Charity Registration No. 1124410

The Estate Agency Foundation exists to unite the estate agency industry and their customers to work together to combat the causes of homelessness in the UK. With 130,000 households across the UK officially recognised as homeless, society has a long way to go to address the needs of those at risk and EAF seeks to go further, combating the causes of homelessness as well as helping those who are already suffering.
Acting as an umbrella organisation, EAF donates money to existing charities nationwide who help people like Stuart, medically discharged from the Army and told he isn't a priority for a council house or Nicola, raised in Local Authority Care but with nowhere to go once she reached the age of 16 or Sheila who was discharged from hospital suffering from mental illness with no care package or support system in place.
Those at risk of becoming homeless are amongst society's most vulnerable people and with all funds donated to EAF going directly to help good causes, your support can make a real difference.
