The Factory's Elderly Groups meet once a week, International Elderly every Tuesday and Asian Elderly every Saturday. Both groups provide a freshly prepared, hot cooked meal, a place to socialise and act for many of our users as a home away from home as they cannot leave their houses on a regular basis. We provide a door to door transport service in liaison with Dial-a-Ride for both groups for any member that requires it.

Cuts in funding from Grants mean that the required minimum running costs for each group are unobtainable through local funding initiatives.

We are asking you to support us, giving what you can, to ensure that both of these much needed groups for our Elderly users can continue to provide a place to go, a hot meal to eat and most importantly, a place where they can interact with other people, play games and keep active...
