Hello all.  Sally here!  I've been the patron of Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice (CTH) for several years now.  You have to see the incredible work these guys do to believe it.  The place is full of amazing kids who are all living life to the full, thanks to the staff and helpers at Chestnut Tree House.  I don't think anybody could go there and not come away changed forever; you see the happiness and the hope and you think 'I want to help and be a small part of that.'

My latest escapade is to join CTH's organised ride on 6th October, cycling from the hospice to the Eiffel Tower in Paris (hopefully with a ferry for the wet bit!). My cycling buddy and co-fundraiser is my dear friend Emma Rogers.  I'm hoping we'll be able to keep each other going during the hard miles, but the thing that will really motivate us is you pledging money.  We want to raise £4,000! Please send us a message of support (the funnier, the better) and a donation - no matter how big or small - and together we can hit the target!
