In November 2010, I will be cycling nearly 450 km across Cambodia in 5 days for International Childcare Trust.

International Childcare Trust is a small charity which helps some of the poorest and hardest to reach children in Asia & Africa. Through its local partners it gives children shelter, healthcare, education, training and hope for the future.

Children in these areas desperately need your support.

Please help me reach my goal, and help these children have a better future.
