Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In July of this year I'm running the British London 10k to raise money and awareness for CALM, a charity providing support for young, male sufferers of depression.

As a sufferer of depression myself I was shocked by the stastitic that suicide is the biggest killer among men aged 18 - 35, and want to do my bit to help CALM help to bring about a change.

Please, donate whatever you can, and if yo're able too, get to London on July 14th to cheer me and the other CALM runners on!

About the charity

We’re the Campaign Against Living Miserably and we’re taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling hopeless, standing up to stereotypes and showing life is always worth living.125 lives are lost every week to suicide. 75% of all UK suicides are male. We exist to change this.
