On 25th October 2009 Katie and I will be taking part in the Great south Run. It's a ten mile course round Portsmouth. Our chosen charity is the Rowans hospice.  6 years to the day of the race my mum passed away at the Hospice. It is a remarkable place with wonderful staff that provides specialist Hospice care and support to patients with life limiting illness living in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire.
