We support people to help rebuild lives after stroke.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm doing the thing I do best which is to run, run, run, grow facial hair and try just about anything that isn't going to kill me.. I'm afraid of heights so won't be doing any sky-dives or bungee jumps, but I'm happy to trot the streets sporting unflattering lycra pants if it persuades people to donate to my chosen charity.

Up til now I've stuck at I0k runs but I'm branching out to a half-marathon. I'm pretty terrified by the prospect, but will be encouraged by any donations you make.

This year, I and my company, Kay-Lambert Associates, are proud to support The Stroke Association.

I urge you to consider making a donation, however small, to this wonderful organisation. Please help them continue their work and make a massive difference to so many lives. Their research might one day save your life!

Giving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you, thank you and thank you again!
