Love/Hate about my work - The hotel industry is like Marmite, one day you will love it and one day you will hate it!

Hobbies - Cycling, eating out and wine tasting

Makes me see red - People thinking that we are very rich because we own the Captains Club Hotel. Oh and the Captains Club Hotel makes me see red!!!

Secrets - Tim is a secret member of weight watchers and can tell you how many points are in every food but more importantly how many points is in each glass of wine!!
