<p>Hi</p> <p>Thanks for sponsoring me in the 2012 Argus cycle race.&nbsp; It was a very hot day on the 11th March&nbsp; - temperatures over 32 degrees most of the way - and many of the refreshment stations ran out of water.&nbsp; But there was a cool breeze from the sea which made it bearable.&nbsp; Neverthless, many people succumbed ot the heat and were taken off in ambulances.</p> <p>I managed to finish in just over 6 hours, one hour short of cut-off.&nbsp; Thanks so much for your sponsorship, which kept me going.&nbsp; The funds will be used for our Container project.&nbsp; With&nbsp;these containers we provide kitchens, classrooms and toilets for small children in Africa.&nbsp;&nbsp; See the Youtube on this page for more info.</p> <p>Thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; -&nbsp; Tim</p>
