On Thursday 6th December 2012, I will be dusting off the boots to take part in the Charity Race at Wincanton in aid of Racing Welfare.

Though this in itself is worthy of sponsorship, I hope the fact I have had to go on a diet to get down to my racing weight will encourage you to dig even deeper in aid of this very good cause!
