Just managed a 70 mile bike ride on Saturday morning from Bath to Swanage. The first 55 miles were fine but then my legs hit a bit of a wall and I had to lie down for a few minutes!! Cruised into Swanage feeling good though so I should be ok for the 70.3 - crossfit is helping keep me strong and yoga flexible!!
<p class="iphone-update">The Bath Half is ticked off - at 1:45 I wasn't too unhappy as it's been my first distance run for over a year.</p> <p class="iphone-update"> </p> <p class="iphone-update">I've just been for a hot run in Perth's King's Park - beautiful view and a very pleasant 30degC - back to the UK on Saturday morning.
