Hello all,

I have decided to put my physical capabilities to the test by attempting to erg (row on a rowing machine) for 24hrs in order to raise money for Cardiff University Rowing Club and Help for Heroes

All the money raised on this page will go to Help for Heros. If you wish to contribute to both the rowing club and Help for Heroes please donate via paypal, and send the money to row24hours@hotmail.co.uk and the amount will be split 50/50.  

I will be allowed to take a short break every hour but the rules stipulate that I must row in every hour. In doing this I hope to smash past the 250,000 meter barrier.

I am expecting to develop some ungodly blisters and rashes, and suffer from extreme boredom and fatigue, therefore it would be awesome if you could come and support me through any period of the 24hrs.

Also, it would be hugely appreciated if you could sponsor me, therefore if you would like to make a donation could you please RSVP me back how much you would like to donate.
