The UKs national stoma support charity, helping people who have a colostomy, ileostomy or urostomy lead a positive life.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in 2 challenges in aid of Ostomy Lifestyle - the charity by big sister Helen works for, and which helps people who like Helen, have a stoma or urostomy or may be facing surgery to have this.

I completed the first challenge - the Bristol 10k - on Sunday 15 May 2011 and did so in a time of 47:45, placing 1809th out of around 11,000. I can only say that all the generous sponsorship I have received made me push myself as hard as I could go!

On 11 June 2011 I will be climbing Ben Nevis for the same charity and can be sponsored for that here too. If you have not had a chance to sponsor me yet, this page will be active until late in the summer. All donations are greatly appreciated!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
