Hi,
As you may know I am taking part in the New Zealand Ironman on March 6th. For those that don't know an Ironman Triathlon involves a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run (that's right, a full marathon!).
Obviously this is going to cause me a bit of discomfort at some point along the way but it is all for a good cause... I'm racing for the Motor Neurone Disease Association as a friend and colleague of mine, Steve Halliday, was recently diagnosed with a form of Motor Neurone Disease.
So, this is where you lot can help and dig deep to sponsor me as much as you can, all donations will be greatly appreciated.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks
Tom
