My eldest son Freddie has recently been diagnosed with Russell Silver syndrome - a rare form of Dwarfism affecting 1 in 75,000 children.
Little is known about what causes this genetic condition.
The Children growth foundation is at the cutting edge of research into Freddie's condition.
I am running the Windsor Half Marathon on 26th September to raise money for them.
