Hi All,

Well most of you who know me well will know how I got myself in to this Marathon Running Situation........!! Yes me and my big mouth.

Running is a very individual sport....the majority of my training is spent alone pounding the streets and country routes near by. I am definately not a natural runner but am determined to complete this challenge no matter what!

Now I need to ask you all for your support.....I am running the marathon to raise money and awareness for The Samson Centre. This a the home of the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group (Guildford), or MSTG(G), which is a self-help group for people affected by Multiple Sclerosis.

The Group realised that the best way to significantly improve the quality of life for people with MS, was to build a dedicated resource and therapy centre in West Surrey, where information, emotional support and practical help in the form of traditional and natural therapies would all be available.

The Samson Centre receives no public funding, and fundraising is a constant necessity, if only to meet the day-to-day costs of running the centre.

So please can I ask you all to dig deep and sponsor me through this challenge.
