Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research. We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,250 scientists, doctors and nurses. Over the past 10 years alone, thousands of lives have been saved through earlier detection and improved treatments. But, much work remains to be done if we are to achieve our aim of beating cancer.

Our personal message:

In 2004 Lance Armstrong will attempt to become the greatest Tour De France winner of all time. The BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year 2003 is probably the best known sportsman in the world who raises money for Cancer Research.

We hope to do our bit by contributing to this very worthy cause by cycling the Three Mountains Challenge at the Tour de France in July 2004.

Whist Lance may not be too impressed by the speed of our cycling - we are sure he will by the effort and determination needed to complete this arduous task !

We have set up this online fundraising page in aid of the UK branch of Lance Armstrong's favourite charity Cancer Research UK.

Please note we receive no payment or commissions from anything raised, far better than this is the knowledge that we have helped raise money for a worthy cause !

We would like to thank you inadvance for any contributions that you make.
