You may or may not be aware that Steve Browne, Olivia & the old man of the party namely me took part in the London Royal Parks Half Marathon in October. Our aim was to raise as much money as possible for the Towergate Charitable Foundation. Further details on the run can be found on http://www.royalparkshalf.com

 

As you can imagine the 3 of us were up in the early hours of the morning training to make sure our bodies were ready for this arduous task.
