This will be my 5th year taking part in Race for Life and I remain passionate about fundraising for this incredible charity that literally saves lives every single day.

I started running in memory of my mum Molly and now race for all those of us who are fighting or have won the battle against cancer.

This year I've signed up for two races; one in Regent's Park, London with my eldest daughter Beth, and the other in Truro with my younger daughter Holly. But, please don't feel you have to donate twice, well not unless you really want to of course!

After joining the 'cancer club' I met some incredibly courageous and inspirational people, and I want to say a massive thank you to you all. I've decided to run this summer for one guy in particular - my friend Kenny - who is currently undergoing treatment. Hang on in there mate - you know you can beat this thing!

So, please give what you can and help us kick cancer for good.
