Hi my name is Tracey Young i am a mother of 10 but only 5 survived, i gave birth to my baby boy Thomas on the 27/11/1995 he was born at 25 weeks and his twin i lost at 12 weeks sadly Thomas passed away the 2/12/1995, its been 16 long hard years with out my baby i have never been able to afford a headstone, i found megans world and decided to volunteer there and also they gave me the best news ever they would be able to help me raise the money for Thomas headstone.
