After losing almost 11 stone & not being able to climb up or down the stairs

this is going to be my biggest challenge ever.

I took up running to help thin my thighs out............ha... it didn't work!

but I did find a new hobby as I enjoyed getting out in the open

I have also made many new freinds along to way too.
