You can only be here for one reason – to see if it is really true that I am to partake in a Triathlon on September 11<sup>th</sup> 2011! Well yes, I’m sad to say it is true. Myself, and 5 other “Tri-Hards” will be pushing ourselves beyond all limits to make it across the finish line in one piece. It will be nothing short of a miracle if all 6 of us cross that line!</span></p>

Well, this last year has been one of extreme joy and heartache. The arrival of my son, Ethan, has brought me more joy than I thought possible. However, my father also passed away and this has been one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. He was so full of life and a rock to us all that it is still hard to take in.</span></p>

As most of you will know this is definitely out of my comfort zone. If there was a drink-a-thon then I would warm to it straight away!</span></p>

This is a leading medical charity helping in Disease Prevention, Research, Treatment and Diagnosis. Cobalt has been making a real difference to the quality of life and the outcomes for those suffering from cancer and other serious illnesses. It is a very worthy cause so please give generously!</span></p>
