Story

I'm currently in training for my London to Paris Cycle charity event. I'll be officially leaving Trafalgar Square on Thursday 28th April, and after a gruelling 3 day cycle, covering 220 miles I'll finally reach the iconic Eiffel Tower.

I am raising money for the Air Ambulance and Injured Jockeys Fund. Two great causes and ones that hit home, as my son Harry, broke his back in a racehorse fall early last year, and if it wasn’t for The Air Ambulance's response and guidance to people on the ground, he wouldn’t be making the full recovery that he currently is. The Injured jockeys Fund have looked after his needs post accident and have prepared and funded his full rehabilitation programme, to the extent he is now only a couple of months away from resuming his career.

I know that you probably receive lots of requests for charity donations, but if you can support it would be appreciated.

I also promise no Lycra Pictures!!
