Hello,

My name is Robert Brown and I'm the owner of UInternet Ltd it is my aim as to ensure that me and my company support charities by giving time and raising money for good causes.

In September of this year (2012) I am due to become a father for the first time, as a consequence I have drawn up a plan of healthy activities to ensure that I am able to cope with the demands of fatherhood.

This plan involves taking part in as many health driven charity events as I can find. The plan culminates in the 2013 London Marathon. Hopefully I'll be ale to get an entry.

The first event completed was a 3 mile run for Sportrelief held on the 25th March 2012. I completed the run in 37 mins not bad for an overweight 40 something.

Next up is the London 2 Brighton bike ride on 17 June 2012.
