It's been 5 years since the Brighton Half, 10 years since the London Marathon. But now I'm coming out of running retirement to pound the streets once again, this time raising money for the fantastic Love Brum. A charity built and run by the most passionate brummies I know, that does amazing work shining a spot light on a whole host of incredible local projects. 

In October, I'll be part of an 80+ strong team taking part in the Simply Health Great Run Birmingham Half Marathon.

After a 5 year break since my last half, I'm older and definitely clunkier - and need all the encouragement I can get - your support will really help me to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
