We campaign, support and fund research to stop people dying of bowel cancer

Story

Dear all sponsors, friends and family of the Rhinoc-er-oses cycle team.

Thanks for visiting our site again to see how we got on - and for all of your support - the sponsorship we've raised has far exceeded any of our targets or expectations so thank you very vey much!!!

Well - how did it do?

The weather was certainly on our side as despite an awful forecast during the week, the sun came out and stayed with us throughout the day.   In fact, we even started to get a little burnt, but can't complain about that.

The ride turned out to be a very enjoyable day out  - 50 miles of pootling through picturesque scenery - lovely Essex villages that many of us didn't know existed - although there was a distinct lack of Castles.  I don't think we saw any!!!!

All made it to the end in good time and spirit - with a specific mention to Graham for his sheer determination as he was suffering before he even started - fantastic effort !!

If you do still want to sponsor us, then I believe this site will stay open for a week or so, and again, the website is the easiest way of doing this as it simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor as Bowel Cancer UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Again, many many thanks for your support.
