After more than seven years living in the UK, the time has come to me to join thousands of enthusiastic cyclists on Sunday 15th June to take part to the legendary London to Brighton bike ride!

My crampy knees and I will be very proud to cycle all the hilly 54 mile route to raise money for British Heart Foundation (BHF, http://www.bhf.org.uk/ ), the UK’s number one heart charity that is dedicated to fighting against heart disease.  

I will be cycling hard and thinking of my father and several other million people worldwide currently living with heart disease.   

I will promise to obey to the Highway Code, but if we hit the £1,000 target (hope so!!!) I will make a special attempt at riding with ‘no hands’!
