On the 2nd Feb 2012 Abigail hope was born at only 25 weeks she weighed 1lb4oz, so tiny and fragile. Our precious little girl that we longed to hold, yet as parents we were so helpless. We didn't know how each day would turn but we soon learnt that Abigail had very special angels to help her along her journey and this was the team within the Special Care Baby Unit. They helped us, and Abigail, get through those first days, which turned into the first weeks and then the next 3 months. They were there every step of the way, supporting us through even the hardest of days. We will never forget Abigails journey through special care and as a way of showing how thankful we are we would like to raise as much money as we can for Tiny Lives and help the many other babies and families whose journey has just begun. We are so so lucky to have such a happy ending with Abigail and are so amazed by her progress each day, we hope you will help us to raise awareness of this fantastic charity and give other families hope of there happy ending too xxxx
