The Team at Vibe Personal Training Studios have decided to raise money for the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Appeal by taking part in the Great Manchester Run.

Some of us are complete beginners and some of us are seasoned runners, but all of us are determined to complete the 10k, have fun and raise money for a wonderful charity.
