So this year after a lot of time thinking - well I do think slowly! I have decided to run for Meningitis UK. Their aim short term is to raise public awareness of the common symptoms of Meningitis. Long term they  are researching for a vaccine which will eradicate Meningitis.

When I don't feel like going for a run I often think of the brave little girl I taught who survived Meningitis and the impact it has had on her and her family and friends lives. It would be amazing if one day no one has to suffer in the way they did.

So please dig deep and donate now.
