I'll be running the BUPA Great Capital Run (5k) on Sunday 13 September and am hoping to raise money for the charity I work for -- Volunteer Reading Help.

VRH runs a network of volunteers who help primary school children become more confident readers through one to one support. The work of our volunteers is little short of life-changing for the children involved and your support is invaluable.

I did my last 5k event 3 days after giving blood so I'm hoping to go a bit faster this time!
