And it is many such articles like this that has inspired me to want to do something for underprivileged children in India.  I have therefore decided to undertake a 190 mile cycle ride through the Hilly terrain of the Nilgiri Mountains from Mysore to Coorg to raise money for HEAL.  HEAL is a small UK charity making a real difference to orphaned and underprivileged children in Andhra Pradesh, India. Check out the Heal website at http://www.heal.co.uk/. Now I know what you must be thinking right now...come on Vijith...be serious....1 mile cycle ride is ambitious, but 190 miles and that too, across the hills of India...you must be joking. But I'm serious, despite my bad back, I'm feeling really inspired and really want to make a difference. Your donation will definetly make a change to these children's lives. Please, please, please find your credit card immediately.

The money raised on this page goes to helping take as many children out of poverty as possible.  Heal is working hard to take children out of child labour and helping them get a good education so they can escape the cycle of poverty.
