We are powered by people. We’re here to find a cure and improve lives, together.

Story

This year I am running the Watford Half Marathon in memory and in merit of my late Grandma Norma. She recently passed away due to Parkinsons, She was diagnosed with the disorder more than 20 years ago and only recently did she lose her life to it. Every hour someone in the UK is told they have Parkinsons and it can be a very stressful time knowing what is eventually going to take your life. The people at Parkinson's UK put huge amounts of time and effort into help, volunteering and researching to find a cure for this disorder.

I am very grateful that you have taken your time to visit this page in memory of my loving Grandma xxx

The smallest donation to Parkinsons UK will be a great great help and every donation takes them closer to finding a cure.

Another way to show your respect and kindness is to come along and support me running the Watford Half Marathon. Details are on their website below.

Hope to see you there and thanks again for any donations given. :)
