PLAY GOLF HELP CHARITY
The event will take place in June 2010 @ Western Park where teams of 4 will compete in a texas scramble style format. This competition is unique in that it is open to Woodland Mews Golf Society members and Non-members. In fact other soceities and golf clubs are invited to attend in order to raise maximum donations for Rainbow Trust.
It is hoped that once this is up and running it will grow each year into a huge event wher we can play golf and help charity.
MORE THAN JUST 18 HOLES
Woodland Mews GS hope to make this a fun and light hearted experience with the main event being the Texas Scramble but also other activities going on so that the whole day is fun and generating awareness and also funds for The Rainbow Trust.
Seperate from the main event we hope to have the following:
Putting Contest - Players will have 12 putts from varying distance markers to see who is the best putter and win prizes. INCLUDED IN ENTRY PRICE
Closest to the Pin Contest - Whilst awaiting tee off on the first hole players will be invited to have a go at the closest the pin contest on the 10th to win a prize. INCLUDED IN ENTRY PRICE
Raffle - Remember this is for charity so dig out your coins and you may win some of the great prizes too. Bonus.
Best Dressed - Its for the Rainbow Trust, theme is Rainbow.....
SPONSOR A HOLE
For only £3 you can sponsor a hole with any logo, message. This is perfect for businesses, imagine having your business logo on the tee box of a hole. Great for photo opportunities. Also ideal for personnel messages to friends playing in a different group. Get creative but remember this is for childrens charity and no inappropriate messages will be showed.
The message/logo will be displayed in full colour on an advertising board measuring roughly A5 size.

Price at the moment is subject to change but it will be around £25 or £30 if food is provided.
