Having a child who struggles daily with anxiety / panic attacks, this is a charity which is very close to my heart and my lovely friends have been kind enough to agree to raise funds for them in our upcoming challenge. It is essential that young people and their families get the much needed support that a charity like Young Minds is able to offer.
