Thanks to all of you who have and are about to donate.
I managed to complete the 10k race which was a bonus. I also managed to run it in just under an hour: 59mins 6 seconds to be precise.
The run has made me feel very good indeed and I'd like to pass on that feeling to all those who are going through a tough time this year. That's why I supporting the Samaritans.
