Hi Everyone,

I am preparing to run the Windsor Half Marathon (without smoking!) in September this year alongside Neil Taylor, Andy Jones, Paul Gatland & Aidan Murphy......aka The A Team. We have been busy pounding the pavements over the past few months and hope to raise a significant amount of money for the Charity "Action on Addiction".
