The Akamba Aid Fund is a small, local charity that was set up in 1999 to support the Akamba Tribe who inhabit the North Eastern province of Kenya.
I have now visited the Akamba region on four occasions and have seen the impact that your donations have had on the local people and the wider community. Two years ago, I conquered Mount Kenya with my father to raise funds to build a school for disabled children. I would be very grateful for your donations towards this cause and I can assure you that 100% of your donation will be used out in Kenya. THANK YOU!!
Last year, I was lucky enough to cut the ribbon on the school doors. The thanks that we were shown on that day and the smiles on the children’s faces when they first saw inside their new school, has motivated me to try this ridiculous challenge...!
