I'm doing a 5km Santa Dash at Oulton Park on December 13th, to raise money for a brilliant cause. Yep, I'm dressing in a Santa suit and making a fool of myself (for a change!).

St Luke's Hospice in Cheshire provide care and respite for people with cancer and offer therapies such as acupuncture and Art Therapy. They rely on donations to stay open so every penny counts, even if you can only afford 50p, it's better than nothing. I know it's the credit crunch but if you could sacrifice your daily latte or chocolate bar then I will be soooo grateful
