My story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

A 1.5km swim, 25 mile ride and then a 10km run off the back of no training won't be pleasant - so please make my suffering worthwhile!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Centrepoint will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in reclaimed tax will be added to your donation via the Inland Revenue's Gift Aid scheme at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support...

...and wish me luck! POSTSCRIPT Well, I managed to survive the experience. And, despite the physical pain, I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. My time was 2hrs23mins34secs, placing me 79th of the 341 men in the 25-29 age group category doing the Olympic distance event. Maybe next time I'll do some training! A massive thank you, from both me and Centrepoint, to all those of you who kindly sponsored and supported me: THANK YOU!!

I believe that it is your turn to carry me! Donation by Matthew Ridgwell 24/08/04
