The picture  was taken on one of my training flights.....

I have been training for three months...and now, from face down in the road to being strapped into the ambulance only takes 2mins 35 seconds.With more dedication and hard work I hope to beat my personal best time of 2 mins 09 seconds.

I have radically changed my diet to meet the punishing training regime, living mainly on the fatkins diet I have lost a grand total of 4 days 17 hours...most of this time has been spent in a semi-hypnotic state brought on by exhaustion and nervous tension..but the "Firey Jack" and "Deep Heat" is working a treat controlling pain.......although it tastes horrendous

I am looking for some imaginative methods of fancy dress for my big day..something light and comfy preferably...all suggestions considered...
