About our charity
Action for Russia's Children [ARC] is a UK-registered charity that operates in Moscow, Russia. We raise almost all of our funds ourselves and from this we award annual grants to 9 independent Russian NGO's, all of which were originally set up by, and are run by Russians. These organisations offer a much-needed alternative to the system of State care for disabled and under-privileged children, young adults and their families. We are staffed entirely by volunteers, we pay no salaries and do not run an office which means we can guarantee that 100% of your donation will go directly to the projects that we currently support.
